No. The set-top box is provided on free hire (in the same way as your Broadband Gateway) and it’s your responsibility to keep it in good condition. You’ll need to return the box at the end of the agreement, otherwise services will be restricted, and you will be charged for the cost of the box.
As standard there are no set-up charges and our Gibtelecom TV box is plug-and-play. However, a one-off charge of £50 will apply should you want us to send an engineer to set up the Gibtelecom TV box for you at offices.
You can catch up on a selection of channels broadcast during the last seven days. If a channel is available for catch-up you will see a play/pause icon next to it on the TV guide. These channels also allow you to pause, fast forward and rewind when viewing.
Recording live channels is not currently available.
