Improvements to all broadband bundles

Our bundles are now even bigger and better value following our increases in both broadband speeds and mobile data allowances at the same, or sometimes even lower, prices. As from 16th January 2025, our new broadband bundles are as follows:

Effective 1st March

100Mbps fibre broadband discontinued following upgrades in broadband speeds

Following our broadband speed upgrades, our new lowest speed offering on fibre is 300Mbps. The few customers still on 100Mbps at £24 will be moved to 300Mbps at £28 effective 1st March 2025 when the 100Mbps plan is discontinued.

Price adjustments to landline plans

Due to rising operational costs, and a decline in the number of customers using landline services, we are making necessary price adjustments to our landline plans. While we understand that any price change can be challenging, this adjustment is essential to continue investing in our networks, maintaining quality and reliability of our services, and delivering an improved customer experience. Effective 1st April 2025, our new landline plans are as follows:
