Price adjustments to broadband plans

We are making necessary price adjustments to our standalone broadband plans. We recognise that price changes can be challenging, but these adjustments are essential to ensure we can continue delivering fast, reliable connectivity, strengthening our network resilience, and supporting the evolving needs of our customers. Effective 1st January 2027, our new broadband plans are as follows:

Residential standalone broadband plans

Note that these changes apply to standalone products only. Bundled broadband plans remain at current rates.

So-Ho business broadband packages

Note that these changes apply to the SoHo business broadband standalone products only. Enterprise fibre broadband plans remain at current rates.
