Effective 1st April

Price adjustments to landline plans

Due to rising operational costs, and a decline in the number of customers using landline services, we are making necessary price adjustments to our landline plans. While we understand that any price change can be challenging, this adjustment is essential to continue investing in our networks, maintaining quality and reliability of our services, and delivering an improved customer experience. Effective 1st April 2026, our new landline plans are as follows:

Price adjustments to business broadband plans

Due to rising operational costs, we are making necessary price adjustments to our business broadband plans. We recognise that price changes can be challenging, particularly for businesses, but these adjustments are essential to ensure we can continue delivering fast, reliable connectivity, strengthening our network resilience, and supporting the evolving needs of our customers. Effective 1st April 2026, our new business broadband plans are as follows:

Note that these changes apply to the SoHo business broadband standalone products only. Enterprise fibre broadband and residential broadband plans remain at current rates.
