A customer focused and purpose driven leader, Danny is responsible for overseeing strategy and development of all products & services aimed at businesses for Gibtelecom. With over two decades as a leader in technology, operations and commercial roles during this time Danny has a track record of building strong teams that deliver innovative technologies motivated by customer needs.

Having initially joined Gibtelecom as an Engineer in 2006, Shaun has been a Senior Account Manager for the past 13 years, was appointed as Head of Sales and Account Management in 2023 and then transitioned to Head of Business Development in 2025 to focus on new business opportunities, expanding products into new markets.

He was at the forefront of developing many of the high-end products and services which we provide our business customers today. From data centre environments to high availability bandwidth solutions, we have listened to our customers to ensure that their needs are covered. Shaun always looks forward to discussing how we can help you and your business.

Lianne joined Gibtelecom in 2008 as a Marketing Excecutive as a recent Business and Economics graduate. Since then she has held a number of positions throughout the business including: Communications Officer, Asst. Network Operations Centre Manager, Customer Experience Manager at the Group's MVNO Lobster, Enterprise Marketing Manager and most recently Head of Enterprise Services. This has provided Lianne with a 360 degree view of the business and a true understanding of the customer journey across all verticals. Lianne has been involved in many key projects over the years such as the launch of 4G, the introduction of a licensed TV service and the setting up of a new mobile operator.

Lianne has an MA in Enterprise Management from Durham University and has served on the Board's of the GFSB and Downtown Gibraltar, so has a true understanding of local business needs.

She is responsible for managing the Account Management Team, B2B marketing strategy, customer experience and product management across the Enterprise Portfolio. Please reach out to discuss any tailored solutions or opportunities for collaboration. 

Jamie initially joined Gibtelecom back in May 2013 as a Customer Care Agent and then moved to Enterprise Sales in June 2017, where he was based for almost 5 years. Following a brief change in career, Jamie joined the Gibraltar Borders & Coastguard Agency but explains that he soon realised that his true passion was in fact with Enterprise Sales and rejoined Gibtelecom in May 2023. Jamie is experienced in telecommunications and offers a great and dedicated relationship to customers, advising them on what is best suited for their business.

In his spare time Jamie is an avid footballer, often forming part of the Gibraltar National Squad.

Coming from an engineering background in networks & communications and originally based in the UK, Chris has worked all over Europe, designing installing and testing international circuits and networks. In his current role as Account Manager, his expertise and product knowledge ensure that the best solution is provided to the customer and that he supports business customers to deliver the technology products they need to grow and succeed.

Coming from a technical background Giovanna is a computing graduate having worked in IT for one of the Big Four accounting firms. She originally started at Gibtelecom in customer care and recently joined the Sales Team where she provides a personal and dedicated customer experience for SME customers.
