No Contract is ideal for Pay As You Go customers, who don't want to commit to a contract, but would benefit from a fixed monthly allowance. Our flexible 30 day plans keep you in control so that you're free to change, pause or cancel your plan at any time.... and you can keep your current mobile number.
With No Contract, you simply set up a monthly payment, so you know exactly how much you’ll spend each month, and you don't need to worry about topping up or buying data.

If you are on one of our Pay Monthly mobile plans and eat up your allowances early, don't worry!
We have Data Boosts allowing you to purchase a one-off boost for your plan to get you through to the end of the month.
Your plan allowances will kick in on the first day of the following month.
Purchase a boost via my.gibtele.com, the My Gibtelecom app or by calling 20052200.

Of course. You can keep your existing Gibraltar mobile number, or we can give you a brand new one. Either way, it is very simple and free of charge.
Calls to local landlines which includes Gibtelecom numbers as well as offnet. Calls to local mobiles are also included.
The following calls are not included in your call allowance, but should you need to call these out-of-bundle destinations, you can always add incidental credit to pay per use:
- International calls
- Calls to special rate and premium numbers
- Roaming outside the European Economic Area
Adding a Data Boost is easy, simply visit MyGibtelecom or call us on 20052200 and we will happily do this for you.
If you’ve used up your data allowance before your plan renews, don’t worry as we’ll alert you, stop you there and you won’t be charged a penny more. If you want to continue using data, you have the following options:
- You can choose a new No Contract plan through MyGibtelecom, pay for it with your debit or credit card, and start it immediately. Please note this will change your plan renewal date
- Buy a Data Boost to take you through to your plan renewal date
If you’ve used up your call or text allowances before your plan renews, you have two options:
- Add incidental credit to your account to pay for out-of-bundle calls or texts to take you through to your plan renewal date
- Choose a new No Contract plan in MyGibtelecom, pay for it with your debit or credit card and start it immediately. This will change your plan renewal date.
All No Contract plans last for 30 days. They auto-renew on a monthly basis unless you stop or pause your plan. If you decide to stop or pause your plan, you will only be able to receive calls for another 30 days. We will park your number for a further 60 days after that. If it remains inactive after this time, the number and credit will be lost.
Just log into MyGibtelecom on either our mobile app or web portal to see how much of your monthly allowances you’ve used and how much you have remaining. Alternatively, you can give us a call on 20052200 and we’ll let you know. We'll alert you by text close to your monthly data limit and again when you’ve reached it.
Yes. If you’re traveling within the EEA, you’ll be able to use your plan allowances just like when you’re in Gibraltar with no extra charge. If you’re traveling a bit further, you can use it too as our network extends to most international destinations, however any time you make a call, send a text or use data, it will be deducted from your credit so you would need to top up your account balance for this.
You can use a debit or credit card to set up a monthly payment. If you need to change or update your card details, simply log onto the MyGibtelecom web portal or call us on 20052200.
Out-of-bundle local call, text and data rates
We have a range of plans available to suit all usage needs, packed with inclusive data, minutes and text allowances so you don’t have to worry about paying per use. We do however understand that every once in a while, you may need to call or text out-of-bundle. To help keep things simple all out-of-bundle local calls are charged at 25p per minute, local texts at 20p per SMS, MMS at 25p per message and data at 17p per MB.
