• Be educated to degree level in a relevant subject and demonstrate experience in this field

• Have an analytical mindset and demonstrate sound commercial judgement
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
• Be self-motivated and coordinate own work schedules to achieve business deadlines
• Be willing to learn and develop new skills and be flexible in working practice
