The Role

We’re looking for Junior IT Field Engineers to join our growing team. 

The details:

• Provide remote and on-site installation/configuration of services for business customers.
• Provide customer-focused technical support and maintenance to our business customers, working to agreed quality standards and service level agreements.

Key technical skills: 

• Knowledge of hardware support, including installation and basic troubleshooting of enterprise networking equipment.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP

Other skills: 

• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience, both verbally and in writing.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about IT.
• Excellent organisation, task prioritisation and time management skills.

What do I need to apply?

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Familiarity with PBX/VoIP/SIP systems.
• Familiarity with WiFi technology.
• Microsoft, Cisco, Juniper, CompTIA or equivalent entry level IT certification.
