Job Overview
As an FTTH Administrator at Gibtelecom you will be required to inform customers about our current FTTH migration project, provide an exceptional customer service experience and interact with other departments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customers with information regarding the copper to fibre migration and book appointments to commence the migration.
- Provide accurate product and service information and assist with any queries.
- Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address customer concerns, escalate issues as necessary, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic skills in Microsoft, familiarity with other software tools would be an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with established deadlines.
