Job Overview

The Enterprise and Sales Administrator will provide support to the Enterprise Marketing and Enterprise Sales & Account Management teams.

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to teams, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms etc.
  • Plan, organise, and schedule meetings in the office, off-site, and via videoconference and take detailed minutes.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for teams.
  • Maintain filing system, contact database.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Perform administrative billing and reporting tasks.
  • Product lifecycle administration.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organised.
  • Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems.
  • Accurate record keeping.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Time management, multitasking and flexibility.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Supply management and inventory control.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and navigate multiple deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.
