Job Overview

Account Executives play a key role in the Gibtelecom Enterprise/Business team.  Through establishing and maintaining relationships with their customer base in Gibraltar and Internationally, the role ensures that customer relationships are given the attention they require and deserve whilst also providing revenue assurance/growth to the Company.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create, develop and maintain a sales activity plan
  • Seek out and secure new business
  • Lead generation through various different channels
  • Inbound lead follow-up and lead development
  • Develop and maintain the existing customer base
  • Consultatively sell to clients’ technical requirements
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of company products
  • Ensure good preparation to deliver informed and competent sales pitches
  • Conduct product demos
  • Attend sales meetings to ensure the team is in line with performance targets
  • Attend networking events as required to develop new and existing relationships
  • Close sales pipeline opportunities
  • Forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments
  • Meet/exceed assigned KPI’s
  • Ensure CRM data entry/management is up to date
  • Any other task that may be considered reasonable by management

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience in selling technology products desirable but not essential
  • Ability to build new business and effectively manage existing clients
  • Excellent negotiation skills with strong stakeholder management
  • IT and keyboard skills (MS Office)
  • Natural relationship builder
  • Goal oriented and driven
  • Ability to travel abroad to meet the requirements of the business
