Managing your services and account remotely
Gibtelecom offer a range of services and support options online and on the phone that will allow you to receive the same level of service.
My Gibtelecom is a user-friendly online portal that allows you to manage all services on your Gibtelecom account. Through My Gibtelecom, you can view and pay bills as well as check your account history. You can also view your data, SMS and call minutes usage and add data to your mobile plan as necessary. You may also subscribe to new services, change plans, report service issues and add other users to your account.
A My Gibtelecom mobile app is also available that will also allow you to view and pay bills and check usage and add data from a mobile device.
To use the My Gibtelecom online portal and mobile app you must first register online at my.gibtele.com – for this you need your Gibtelecom account number and a recent invoice number which can both be found on a recent Gibtelecom bill.
Go paperless
Customers are also encouraged to receive bills by email rather than by post and to pay by direct debit for convenience. Call 20052200 or email customerservices@gibtele.com to set this up.
Managing your Reload mobile
Reload (prepaid) customers are also able to top up and buy data online at gibtele.com or via the My Gibtelecom mobile app. Reload customers need to call 20052200 to setup and activate the app for use.
