It is important that you are aware of the following service changes:
Effective 1st April
Change of date for Direct Debit payments
We would like to inform you that, starting with the 1st June 2026 bill, Direct Debit payments will be collected on the 21st day of each month, in line with your invoice due date.
Adjustment to printed bill fee
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we will be updating our paper bill fee to £2 per month, effective from 1st June 2026. This change reflects the increasing costs of printing and mailing, while supporting our efforts to reduce paper usage and minimise our environmental impact.
Switching to paperless billing is quick and easy. You’ll receive your bills by email as soon as they’re ready, giving you faster access without the need for paper statements. It’s a convenient way to stay organised while also helping to reduce waste.

Price adjustments to landline plans
Due to rising operational costs, and a decline in the number of customers using landline services, we are making necessary price adjustments to our landline plans. While we understand that any price change can be challenging, this adjustment is essential to continue investing in our networks, maintaining quality and reliability of our services, and delivering an improved customer experience.
