How to get a new phone line
To get a new Gibtelecom residential phone line just follow the simple steps below.
Ensure you have proof of address (rental agreement, deeds or tenacy agreement) and your passport and ID card details to hand. If you want to set up payment by Direct Debit you will also need to know your bank account details.
2. Deposit & connection fee
If you’ve lived in Gibraltar for less than 5 years you will need to pay a £50 refundable deposit, unless you sign up to pay for Direct Debit.
3. Visit us
Visit our Customer Service Centre at 15/21 John Mackintosh Square where one of our reps will help you complete your application form and process your details.Then simply select the service(s) you need to complete your application and we will connect your line as soon as possible.
