Gibtelecom's second round of biannual customer survey underway
Gibtelecom will shortly start conducting the second of their twice yearly customer satisfaction surveys for 2013. Customers are being invited to rate the Company’s fixed, mobile and internet services, as well as rating customer service; providing comments and suggestions if they wish. All customers participating have the option of entering into a prize draw to win an iPad.
Gibtelecom prides itself on customer service excellence and sets challenging customer satisfaction targets. The customer satisfaction surveys provide vital feedback and understanding of customers’ requirements and concerns. This is then used to continuously improve services and enhance the customer experience.
The survey is undertaken by independent contractor Xcel Media Ltd, a locally based company who specialise in surveys of this kind. Participants are chosen at random and may be contacted by email or telephone. The survey is also available via the online telephone directory website www.gibyellow.gi and via the Gibtelecom website www.gibtele.com
Customers are advised that the survey is strictly confidential and that any information collected will remain anonymous. Gibtelecom is aware of the ubiquity of scam telephone and email surveys, but customers should rest assured that Gibtelecom will never ask you for your account number or password(s). For the purposes of participating in the prize draw, you may be requested to provide your name and contact details.
